On Wednesday, September 27th, 2017 Business Administration Study Program visited the world’s largest furniture retailer, IKEA. This visitation is as part of Retailer Business Strategy subject, so that students can learn about retailer strategies and get information directly from practitioners in retail industries.
In this visitation, students were greeted by Maryam Jamila, Store Marketing Specialist of IKEA Indonesia and given explanation about the history of IKEA. Besides that, students were also given a Q&A sessions with Simon Green, Store Manager of IKEA Indonesia and the opportunity to observe how the operational system in IKEA Alam Sutera store by themselves.
