R Amalina Dewi Kumalasari is a lecturer in the Business Administration Study Program at Telkom University, dedicated to education and research, with a strong background in business administration. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration at Brawijaya University and pursued her Doctoral studies, earning a Doctor of Administrative Sciences degree. Before entering academia, she gained valuable experience working at a public accounting firm, a private bank, and the Financial Services Authority, further enriching her understanding of business industry dynamics. In addition to teaching, she is actively engaged in research, focusing on consumer behavior, technology acceptance, marketing strategy, and digital marketing, and has published numerous scientific articles in national and international journals.
