Marheni Eka Saputri ST. MBA was born in Balikpapan, January 8, 1987. She studied Master of Management at Gadjah Mada University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree and pursued her undergraduate education in Urban and Regional Planning at Gadjah Mada University. He worked for 3 years at Telkom Indonesia and worked in the field of Marketing Communication. He actively conducts research related to Consumer Behavior, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication and conducts Community Service with the specification of empowering MSMEs in Bandung. Currently he serves as a Permanent Lecturer in the Business Administration Study Program at Telkom University. He has participated in several certifications including Telkom Certified Intelligence Marketing Fundamental (TCIMF) from 2016 to 2019. His areas of expertise include Business Communication, Marketing Management, Strategic Management.
