Sita is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Business and Administration Program at Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia. She completed her Master’s degree in Management Science from the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia, in 2016. She subsequently pursued a Doctorate in Management Science at ITB, earning her Doctor degree in 2020. Prior to her academic career, Sita gained significant industry experience, working in the banking and insurance sectors from 2006 to 2014, before transitioning to academia. Her research interests are primarily focused on risk management, sustainable finance, corporate finance, investment, and behavioral finance. In 2019, Sita received a research grant from the Erasmus+ OptBank program for her research on climate risk management. She has been actively involved in research and has published several books related to her areas of expertise. In addition to her research, Sita teaches courses in Financial Management, Business Risk Analysis, Financial Planning, and Entrepreneurial Finance.
