SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TRANSFORMATION
The COVID-19 pandemic was an opportunity to craft strategic logistics movements within health systems. Although the theme of logistics has been studied for more than 20 years, the issues and challenges of logistics activities are just beginning to gain certain attention within the organization. One of the strategies is by conducting collaboration between expert experience and researchers to increase company productivity and research effectiveness to contribute to economic development, including supply chain management implementations.
To discuss this topic further, Business Administration Program, School of Business and Communication, Telkom University in collaboration with College of Management, Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, conducted The 2nd International Webinar with the title, “Supply Chain Management Transformation: Practical and Research Experience in Indonesia and Taiwan” on December 13th, 2021.
