Dema was born in Bandung on January 20, 1985. Currently, Dema is a permanent lecturer at Telkom University in the Business Administration Study Program. Dema completed his undergraduate education at Parahyangan Catholic University and then continued his Masters studies at Widyatama University Bandung in the Management Study Program and completed his Doctoral studies at the Indonesian Education University with a concentration in Human Resource Management with a concentration in employee engagement. Dema has research interests in the fields of Digital Leadership and Employee Engagement. Many scientific works have been published by the author, such as Textbooks, Indexed National Journals, and also reputable indexed International Journals. Dema also has various experiences in the fields of consulting and training in many companies, especially regarding Organizational Behavior and Job Analysis.
