The Community service team of the Business Administration Department, Telkom University has carried out one of the Tri Darma of Higher Education activities, namely community service. community service, which has been carried out during the period from February to July 2023, concentrates on MSMEs as a commitment of Telkom University, especially the Business Study Program to continue to contribute to improving the competitiveness of MSMEs.

The MSME partner who collaborated this time is Dapur VANAYA, is one of the MSME business actors in Bandung and is engaged in culinary donations. Dapur VANAYA was originally an MSME that sold food in general, but for five years it has diversified by making packaged rice products specifically made for donation.

This community service program is an advanced program that has previously provided basic knowledge about marketing and designing Visual Identity. This time the activity delivered is to educate partners to learn the basic theory of promotion so that it is hoped that in the future they can make effective promotional strategies. In addition, partners are also made designing promotional materials that can be used to be shared on social media.

In the future, the community service Team of Telkom University Business Administration Study Program hopes to continuously provide real solutions to problems that occur in MSMEs through community service activities so that MSMEs can grow and help improve the welfare of the community in general.
