Born in Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera, on October 1st, 1959, Romat Saragih completed his bachelor in Administration Science, from LAN RI – College of Administration Studies. After that, he continued his study for a master degree in Management Science at Muhammadiyah University Malang. Romat finished his doctoral degree in Management Science majoring Strategic Management from Indonesia Education University (UPI) in 2017. He lectures several subject such as Organization Behavior and Human Resources Management. For research activities, he joined entrepreneurship research group.
