After completing his undergraduate education in Informatics Engineering, he worked as a junior programmer at STT Telkom. He pursued his Master’s and Doctoral degrees while working for the Telkom Education Foundation. He has more than fifteen years of experience in structural positions within the Telkom Education Foundation, with the last position as General Manager in a subsidiary company. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Business. Has published several studies in reputable international journals with Scopus ID. He received a DRPM DIKTI research grant in 2023. His research interests are in management, specifically the sub-areas of human resource management, corporate governance, and learning organization.
