Astadi Pangarso was born in Madiun, East Java, on October 15, 1980. He is currently a lecturer in the Bachelor’s program in Business Administration (Adbis) at the Faculty of Communication and Business (FKB), Telkom University (Tel-U) Bandung. Astadi teaches courses in Organizational Theory, Organizational Behavior, and Business Ethics. Previously, Astadi earned a Bachelor of Engineering (ST.) degree from Maranatha Christian University in Bandung.
After graduating from Maranatha, he worked at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. as a Territory Sales Supervisor in the Palembang area, South Sumatra. Astadi also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MAB) degree from MBA ITB. As he was about to graduate, Astadi began his teaching career as a tutor/teaching assistant at SBM ITB for courses such as Organization Behavior, Business Ethics, Human Capital Management, Principles of Management, Study of Human Societies, and Strategic & Change Management. Currently, he is actively conducting research focused on organizational structure and is pursuing doctoral studies in administration science at Brawijaya University, Malang.
After graduating from his doctoral studies, Astadi focuses on carrying out the tri dharma of higher education on organisational behaviour, business ethics, human resource management and sustainable governance with quantitative research methods using PLS-SEM and systematic literature review.
