Cut Irna Setiawati earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Telkom Institute of Management in 2012. The Private Higher Education Coordination of West Java and Banten recognized her as the Most Outstanding Student during her undergraduate studies in 2011. In 2014, she completed her master’s degree in Management, focusing on corporate development at Telkom University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Yuan Ze University in Taiwan, R.O.C. Currently, she is a lecturer and researcher in the Business Administration program, focusing on Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Ecosystem & Value Co-Creation. Furthermore, since 2015, she has served as a business instructor for startups in the creative industry, collaborating with the Department of Cooperation and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises of the West Java province. She has researched SMEs in Indonesia and presented her papers at national and international conferences and journal publications since 2014. In 2023, she participated in and presented papers at the 9th Academy of International Business (AIB) Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Chapter Conference, Warsaw, Poland. In 2024, she also presented papers at the Academy of International Business (AIB) Annual Meeting in Seoul, South Korea, on the ecosystem in the cross-country intention between Indonesia and Taiwan. In 2024, she received a grant for postgraduate students to attend an international conference from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) in Taiwan, R.O.C.
