Cut Irna Setiawati received her Bachelor Degree with honor from Telkom Institute of Management in 2012, majoring Business Administration. Throughout her study, she was awarded as the Most Outstanding Student 2011 from Private Higher Coordination of West Java and Banten. Having interest to Business Case Analysis, she and her team of Iron presented an Integrated Inter-Urban Transportation and Accommodation solution for Cipaganti headquarter which brought her as Top Five candidate in Regional Business Case Competition final, a prestigious international event for category Business Strategy in Jakarta.  She completed her Master Degree at Telkom University majoring Corporate Development at 2014. She was previously assigned as Supervisor for Female Dormitory in Citra Sukapura Megah, a building management company in Bandung.

Currently, she is working as lecturer and researcher in Business Administration program study, Faculty of Communication and Business, Telkom University focuses on process, product and service innovation. She is also delivers Introduction to Business Administration course for freshman in every year. In Student Activity, she is always invited to be Adjudicator for various competition such Essay Contest, Speech Competition, Paper Writing Competition and Business Plan Selection in Telkom University and other Institutions. Moreover, since 2015 she is a Business Instructor/Facilitator for startup in creative industry in collaboration with Department of Cooperation and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise of West Java province in supporting government’s program regarding the 100.000 new entrepreneurs in 5 years. She presents motivation and inspiration talk in term of how to start a small business with ICT based. She also contributes her tough and insights for designing proper innovation for SMEs directly through PUSPA program which initiated by Bank of Indonesia and five reputable universities in Bandung since January 2016.

She has conducted researches about SMEs in Indonesia and presented her papers in National and International Conferences and Journal publication since 2014. She is interested in technology innovation and researched with student regarding E-Government in the form of Social Networking Sites (SNS) for public service which published in IEEE Explore in 2015 and 2016. Her research conducted with prior supervisor in the field of sustainable operation for hotelier successful published in international journal, named Journal of Social Science (JSSH) vol. 24 on June Edition 2016, together with other selected authors from iCOPE Conference 2015. Currently on August 2016, she was selected to present her research about technology application for business in Dian Nuswantoro University – Semarang, which indexed by IEEE. Right now, she is working research out with colleagues in the survey of Internal and External Factors in one of the largest SMEs in knitting industry, Binongjati. It was a tremendous experience and important research to her in designing new co-creation concept for SMEs in Indonesia. Besides that, she is also interested conduct research about student in higher education institution and always collaborates with BEM and HIMA in presenting essays and papers.

Cut Irna Setiawati was born in Jakarta, 1st August 1990 and grew up in small city of Parepare, in South Sulawesi province. Her hobbies are reading, writing, blogging, travelling and foodie
